NSI is built on a framework and foundation of quality. NSI’s QMS shapes all of the activities at NSI. In fact, 25% of NSI’s human resource spend is directly on Quality. Our Quality Team has built strong procedures; MoC, PCN, MRB, BCP etc. We define Copy Exact in its most rigid form including; man, machine, material, method, measurement and environment. Our quality team is trained to the ‘5-why’ and ‘8-D' methods and we approach CAR’s in a methodical and consistent manner. NSI’s independent quality department is committed to exceed industry standards set by ASQ and ISO 9001. Furthermore, NSI operates under tight controls which are set by the ASME Pressure Vessel Code as well as the US code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR).

NSI manages its suppliers through QMS metrics and execution requirements. NSI’s supply chain management, coupled with our QMS procedures and processes, assures excellent lead times at the lowest cost.
